*Registration fee covers conference materials, lunches, coffee break, and conference kits during the conference.

*Each paid registration covers only one paper under the corresponding author's name.
*A valid student identity card is required for student registration.
*Please ensure that that your registration fee is paid through the banking system in strict accordance with the registration form; the invoice information must be carefully checked with the author's financial department.
*The registration outside China can be paid according to the newest currency rate.
*Each author can submit two papers at most. If you want to submit more than that, please contact the conference secretary for application.
*If the accepted paper is authored by more than one person, there should be at least one author present at the conference.
*If you would like to attend the conference and do presentation without publishing your paper, please email the conference secretary for an application caictconference@163.com.

A3: No. One registration cover a full conference session.
Q4. What is your refund policy for conference registration cancellations?
A4: Requests for refund or cancellation must be received in writing via email.
Q5: Can I l bring a guest (listener) to the conference?
A5: Guests (listeners) are welcomed to participate in CAICT. See above for more details.
Q6: I have special dietary needs; how can I request special meals?
A6: Normally, the meals provided during the conference are buffet lunch and dinner. You can choose the food you like.
Q7: How do I obtain a letter of invitation for CAICT 2024?
A7: Letters of invitation for CAICT 2014 can be obtained on the homepage http://caictconference.com/.
Q8: When will the organizer book accommodations for CAICT 2024 attendees?
A8: We normally do not book accommodation for attendees. Instead, it is recommended that attendees contact the venue hotel one month ahead of the conference date for accommodations booking under a discounted price.
Q9: Is there an airport pick-up service for conference attendees?
A9: No. Conference attendees need to travel by themselves.
