Simon X. Yang received the B.Sc. degree in Engineering Physics from Peking University, Beijing, China, the first of two M.Sc. degrees in Biophysics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, the second M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston, Houston, TX, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, AB, Canada. Dr. Yang is currently a Professor and the Head of the Advanced Robotics and Intelligent Systems Laboratory at the University of Guelph, Guelph, ON, Canada.

Prof. Yang’s research interests include robotics, intelligent systems, control systems, sensors and multi-sensor fusion, wireless sensor networks, bio-inspired intelligence, neural networks, machine learning, fuzzy systems, evolutionary computation, intelligent agriculture, intelligent communications, intelligent transportation, and computational neuroscience. Prof. Yang has been very active in professional activities. He has been served as the Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editor of several international journals, and has involved in the organization of many international conferences. He was on the grant review panel of NSERC, CIHR and several other grant agencies.

Professor Dr. Wenfeng Wang is currently the editor in chief of International Journal of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IJEEE) and International journal of Applied Nonlinear Science (IJANS). He is also a professor in Shanghai Institute of Technology. He is the director of International Academy of Visual Art and Engineering in London and the JWE Technological Research Center in Shanghai. He is also a tenured professor in IMT Institute in India and the director of Sino-Indian Joint research center of artificial intelligence and robotics. He was selected in 2018 as a key tallent in Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is a reviewer of many SCI journals, including some top ones - Water Research, Science China-Information Sciences, Science of the Total Environment, Environmental Pollution, IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering and etc. He served as a keynote speaker of AMICR2019, IACICE2020, OAES2020, 3DIT-MSP&DL2020, NAMSP2021, ICCAES 2021, CSAMCS 2021 and etc.

Prof. Jianguo Liu is currently the Director of the School of Mathematics and Computational Science, Huaihua University in China. He is also a Supervisor for master students at Hunan Agricultural University (China) and Minnan Normal University (China). Prof. Liu research interests include the mathematics modeling of land-surface hydrological ecosystem, simulation and data analysis. He has published more than 20 academic papers as the lead or corresponding author, among them in 1 SCI Q1 journal and 4 in SCI Q2 journals. Prof. Liu is also the host of a number of national and provincial scientific research projects, among them 1 sponsored by National Natural Science Foundation of China and 1 sponsored by Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China.

Prof. Dr. Yuanquan Shi

Prof. Yuanquan Shi is the Director of School of Computer and Artificial Intelligence, Huaihua University, China. He is the reviewer for a number of academic journals, among them IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics and Future Generation Computer Systems. Prof. Shi’s research interests include cyber security, intelligent computing, and high performance parallel computing. Dr. Mehboob Ali

University of Haripur, Pakistan

Mehboob Ali is a faculty member at School of Mathematics and Physics, Guangxi Minzu University in China, who delves into the exciting fields of Fluid mechanics, Covid-19 and many other mathematical models. He brings a wealth of experience from his previous faculty positions at the Mohi-ud-din Islamic university as an assistant professor and the University of Haripur in Pakistan. He has published more than 85 articles in Scientific Journals. The h-index is 26 with the total impact factor is 250 above. Currently, he is also working on many project and making significant contributions at Guangxi Minzu University, where he is passionately pursuing his research interests remotely.

Shahid Karim received his BS degree in Electronics from Comsats Institute of Information Technology, Abbottabad, Pakistan, and his MS degree in electronics and information engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, in 2010 and 2015, respectively. He completed his PhD at the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), China in 2019. He has published more than 50 articles in core conferences and journals. His current research interests include image fusion, object detection, and tracking using multidimensional imagery.

Dr. Asif Ali Laghari

Sindh Madressatul Islam University, Pakistan

Asif Ali Laghari received a B.S. degree in Information Technology from the Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering Science and Technology Nawabshah, Pakistan, in 2007 and a Master's degree in Information Technology from the QUEST Nawabshah Pakistan in 2014. From 2007 to 2008, he was a Lecturer in the Computer and Information Science Department, at the Digital Institute of Information Technology, Pakistan. In 2015, he joined the School of Computer Science & Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, where he was a Ph.D. student. Currently, he is an Assistant professor at Sindh Madressatul Islam University, Karachi, Pakistan, and also affiliated with Shenyang Normal University. He has published more than 100 technical articles in scientific journals and conference proceedings. His current research interests include Machine Learning, Computer networks, cloud computing, IoT, Fog computing, and multimedia QoE management.
